Instructional Supplies, Materials and Equipment

The Aldine Independent School District is seeking proposals for instructional supplies, materials, and equipment. The district is looking for vendors who can provide a wide range of products, including science, art, audio/visual, books, instructional software, classroom equipment/supplies, maps/globes, library media, athletics/PE, medical, vocational, math, language arts, economics, testing materials, music, and office supplies. Vendors must submit their proposals by August 26, 2026, at 4:00 PM (CT). The proposal should include a completed attachment packet, a notification of award (section B only), and a completed Form W-9. • The district requires vendors to provide three references. • Vendors must acknowledge that they have read and understand the terms and conditions, Edgar certifications, and student data sharing agreement. • The district reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any informalities or irregularities in the proposal process.
