Description
The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) is seeking a contractor to provide landscaping and snow removal services at the FEMA FRC in Maynard, MA. The contractor will be responsible for furnishing all supervision, labor, materials, equipment, supplies, and transportation necessary to complete the scope of work. The contract will be for a base year with four option periods. The contractor must comply with all applicable state, local, and federal laws and regulations.
• The contractor must provide landscaping services from April to September.
• The contractor must provide snow removal services from October to March.
• The contractor must attend a mandatory site visit on February 12, 2026.
• The contractor must submit proposals by February 18, 2026.
• The contractor must provide a pricing template as part of the proposal.
• The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to employment, taxes, and environmental protection.
