Description
The Maryland Department of Housing and Community Development is seeking to procure Micro Focus (OpenText) software licenses and associated maintenance and support services to maintain continuity of existing enterprise systems. The procurement is limited to commercially available software and manufacturer-provided support services only, and does not include installation, implementation, training, or professional services. The contract will be for a period of one year, with the option for renewal. The successful bidder will be required to provide itemized pricing, confirmation of authorized reseller status, and a delivery/activation timeline.
