OPM Services Request for Qualifications

The Town of Brookline is seeking the services of a qualified OPM (Owner's Project Manager) to provide project management services for the design and construction of a new ice skating rink and additions/renovations to the skating rink ancillary and surrounding structures in Brookline, Massachusetts. The selected OPM will be responsible for overseeing the project from start to finish, ensuring that it is completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of the Town. • The OPM will be responsible for managing the design and construction process, including coordinating with architects, engineers, and contractors. • The OPM will also be responsible for ensuring that the project is completed in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. • The Town is seeking an OPM with experience in managing large-scale construction projects, particularly those involving ice skating rinks. • The OPM will be required to submit a proposal outlining their qualifications, experience, and approach to managing the project. • The Town will evaluate proposals based on factors such as the OPM's experience, qualifications, and approach to managing the project.
