The City of San Antonio is seeking a vendor to supply and optionally screen‑print promotional T‑shirts for all municipal departments on an annual basis. The contract covers short‑sleeve and long‑sleeve shirts in various colors and fabrics (100 % cotton, cotton‑poly blends, wicking material) with up to four imprint locations and up to ten colors per imprint. Pricing must be provided on a revised price schedule and the vendor must meet a seven‑business‑day delivery window for full orders. The contract ceiling is $50,000, with a potential for annual price adjustments and a term ending May 31 2028.
• Provide blank or silk‑screened T‑shirts (short‑ and long‑sleeve) in specified fabrics and colors.
• Quote per‑shirt prices for 0‑10 colors per imprint and include art‑charge/hour and set‑up fees where applicable.
