Description
The City of Columbus, Department of Public Service is seeking to purchase two Ricoh IM C4510 Color Laser Multifunction Printers. The units require inside delivery, installation, network connection, brief demonstration, and training prior to acceptance. A required accessory for each Multifunction Printer is the Ricoh PB-3320 Paper Bank Unit. The City also requires three years of maintenance, repair service, and supplies, excluding paper and staples, for the unit, offered as a cost per copy to be billed monthly in arrears.
• The units must provide optimum quality of copy and performance.
• A qualified, certified technician must respond to service calls within 30 minutes of the initial request and be on-site within 4 business hours.
• All maintenance and repair service must comply with best practice as defined by the units' manufacturer.
• The City only wants to pay for copies made, with no minimums or maximums, and all size copies shall be the same rate.
• No charge for scans.
