Description
The West Virginia Lottery Commission is soliciting bids for the one-time purchase of networking infrastructure equipment with support and maintenance included. The contract items must meet or exceed the mandatory requirements listed in the specifications. The contract will be awarded to the vendor that provides the contract items meeting the required specifications for the lowest overall total cost.
* The contract items include six Cisco Catalyst C9200-48P-E switches with specific requirements such as 48x 10/100/1000 full PoE+ RJ45 ports, one C9200-NM-4X with four SFP 10G Network Module uplink ports, and more.
* The vendor must provide a completed Pricing Page with the unit cost for each item listed to calculate the extended cost and the overall total cost.
* The vendor must accept payment in accordance with the payment procedures of the State of West Virginia.
* The contract items must be delivered to the Agency at the specified location within 30 calendar days after receiving a purchase order or notice to proceed.
