Description
The US Army War College is seeking a contractor to provide semi-annual preventative maintenance and inspections on the cafeteria equipment/appliances within Root Hall at the US Army War College in Carlisle, PA. The contractor will be required to perform tasks such as visually inspecting appliances, cleaning condensers, and adjusting ice thickness. The contract will be a Base + 4 OY services contract, and the Government is obligated under this contract only to the extent of authorized orders actually placed against this agreement.
• The contractor will provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to perform the inspection/maintenance.
• The contractor will provide the results of all items inspected to include discrepancies, and to provide a quote for any necessary repairs to the appliances.
• The contractor will make minor adjustments the day of the inspection, and if repairs are more extensive, the contractor will provide a quote for additional repairs.
• The contract has a maximum order limit of $25,000.
