Engineering Consultant Services on Term Contract

The Rockbridge County Public Service Authority is seeking proposals from qualified engineering firms to provide professional engineering services on an "as needed" basis. The selected firm(s) will provide services including design and construction of new water tanks and water distribution system upgrades, design and construction of new buildings and/or renovation projects, and other related services. The contract will be for a one-year term with the option to renew for up to four successive one-year terms. The proposer must demonstrate their capabilities, professional expertise, and experience to provide the necessary services. • Design and construction of new water tanks and water distribution system upgrades • Design and construction of new buildings and/or renovation projects • Design and installation of water tank mixing systems • Design of new and/or upgraded water pumping stations • Design of well water treatment facilities for wells under the influence of surface water • Design and construction/relocation of sewage pumping stations • Hydraulic modeling • Environmental Assessment • Grant application • Project funding analysis and recommendation • Surveying and mapping
