The City of Cleveland is seeking a contractor to provide on‑call, hourly‑rate lawn‑sprinkler maintenance services for the Cleveland Public Power (CPP) facility located at 1300 Lakeside Ave. The contract is capped at $5,000 and runs for up to one year (or until the budget is exhausted). Work is divided into seasonal phases—pre‑season, in‑season, and post‑season—with tasks including inspection, cleaning, adjustment, leak repair, and winterization of the sprinkler system.
