Description
The Bulloch County Board of Commissioners is seeking a GDOT-prequalified consulting firm to provide Construction Engineering & Inspection (CEI) services for its Capital Improvement Program (CIP). The selected firm will oversee construction activities, ensuring compliance with plans, specifications, and regulations, while maintaining quality, safety, and schedule. Key services include on-site construction supervision, inspection of work and materials, quality assurance testing, documentation and reporting, and support for contract administration and project closeout.
• The firm must have demonstrated experience in similar transportation and infrastructure projects.
• The firm must be prequalified by GDOT in the required Area Classes.
• The firm must have a minimum of 50% of personnel providing professional services during the term of the agreement with Bulloch County.
• The firm must submit a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) that includes company information, key team members, work experience, and resources and workload capacity.
