The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is seeking a qualified firm to provide comprehensive janitorial services for two office buildings (Bldg 305 ≈ 1,100 sf and Bldg 306 ≈ 2,200 sf) at the F.E. Warren Air Force Base Resident Office in Wyoming. The contract is a non‑personal‑services, firm‑fixed‑price award with a six‑month base period and up to three one‑year options.
