Description
The Chappaqua Central School District is seeking qualified individuals or agencies to deliver a suite of special education and related services for selected students during the 2020‑2021 school year, with the possibility of multi‑year renewals. The scope covers direct therapeutic interventions, assessments, instructional support, and parental training, all subject to rigorous qualification, insurance, and compliance requirements. Bidders must submit detailed qualifications and pricing by the deadline, and the District reserves the right to evaluate beyond price alone.
• Services include Speech/Language Therapy, ABA, Specialized Instruction, Parent Counseling/Training, Tutoring/Home Instruction, and Behavioral Consultation.
• Proposals must include two copies (original & copy) with Part I qualifications and Part II rate sheets; insurance minimums: $2 M professional liability, $1 M general liability.
• Contract runs from award date through June 30, 2021, with optional renewals for up to four additional one‑year terms, CPI‑adjusted.
