The U.S. Bureau of Reclamation, Eastern Colorado Area Office (ECAO), requires elevator preventive maintenance, inspection, testing, emergency response, repair services, annual load testing, and five-year load testing for two government-owned elevators. The contractor will perform all work in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws, codes, regulations, and the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
