Addendum No 1 Remote Monitoring and Support Tool.

The West Virginia Purchasing Division is soliciting bids for a contract to upgrade the existing Bomgar on-premises appliance to the Beyond Trust FedRAMP authorized Remote Monitoring and Support cloud service. The initial purchase under this contract will include eighty (80) concurrent licenses, with the flexibility to add additional licenses on an ongoing basis. The contract will be for a two-year term, with the option for renewal.
