10th Street Transit Acceleration Plan

The City of Greeley is seeking a consultant to develop a plan for implementing premium transit along the 10th Street corridor. The goal is to deliver frequent, reliable, and competitive service to support special community events in Downtown and the West Greeley Entertainment District by 2028. The consultant will be responsible for conducting a corridor assessment, service modeling, and infrastructure needs assessment. They will also develop a phased implementation plan, including near-term and future actions, capital and operating cost estimates, and integration with fleet requirements.
