FOR THE PROVISION OF ENGINEERING SERVICES

The Joint Meeting of Essex and Union Counties is seeking qualified firms to provide on‑call general engineering services for its wastewater treatment facilities and related infrastructure. The solicitation is a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) that will identify firms capable of delivering design, construction, operation, building‑systems evaluation, mechanical design, permitting, and regulatory support services on an as‑needed basis.
