RFP - TENNANT FLOOR SCRUBBERS

The Cherokee Nation Entertainment, LLC is seeking qualified bids for Tennant floor scrubbers. The bid should include the lead time of items and delivery costs, as well as hourly rates, individual work effort, delivery schedule, or time of completion. The successful bidder will be required to work with the Cherokee Nation Entertainment, LLC Accounting department to discuss account coding for invoices. The bid should also indicate any exceptions, substitutions, exclusions, additions, or qualifications. Some key points to consider: • The procurement is subject to Cherokee Nation Tribal Employment Rights Office (TERO) regulations, which include a fee of ½ of 1% of the total contract award. • The successful bidder's award will be published on the Cherokee Nation's procurement website, and their performance will be measured, recorded, and reported to the Cherokee Nation. • The bid may be subject to Cherokee Nation Gaming Commission (CNGC) policies and procedures, which may include licensing requirements and security and background checks of vendor employees. • Insurance requirements, including Worker's Compensation, Commercial, and/or Comprehensive General Liability, and Automobile insurance, may be required for all awarded bids.
