6515--Cystoscopy Instruments

The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking qualified vendors to provide cystoscopy instruments compatible with the Stryker 1688 AIM 4K Swivel Head Camera for the Syracuse VA Medical Center. The required instruments include rigid cystoscopes, working elements, working sheaths, obturators, examination insert tubes, bridges, biopsy optical forceps, graspers, adaptors, and LUER-Lock tube connectors. Vendors must provide new, FDA-cleared equipment that meets specific requirements, including compatibility with the existing camera system and construction from surgical-grade materials. • The instruments must be brand-name Karl Storz or equal, meeting compatibility, sterilization, and functional requirements. • Vendors must demonstrate experience in supplying surgical or endoscopic instruments. • Responses should include company information, capability statements, product literature, and estimated delivery times. • The VA will use the responses to determine the appropriate acquisition strategy.
