Description
The City of Essex Junction is seeking bids for the Railroad Avenue New Waterline Extension project. The project includes the installation of 490 linear feet of 8" ductile iron waterline, seven 8" ductile gate valves, and other related work. A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on February 19, 2026, at 1:00 PM. Prospective bidders are responsible for inspecting the site and being thoroughly familiar with the contract documents. The project is expected to start on May 15, 2026, and be completed within 45 calendar days.
