DEVCOM CBC Commercial Aptamer

The U.S. Army Combat Capabilities Development Command, Chemical Biological Center (DEVCOM CBC) is seeking information on the commercial procurement of custom-synthesized, lyophilized aptamers to support critical, unclassified research and diagnostic assay development. The aptamers must be synthesized off-site, with rigorous internal quality control, and delivered in quantities ranging from 10 nmol to 1,000 nmol per sequence. • The aptamers can be DNA, RNA, or peptide sequences. • The vendor must have the capability to perform 100% off-site synthesis. • The vendor must have standard procedures for internal quality control, including sequence verification and purity analysis. • The vendor must have a process for packaging and shipping lyophilized products to ensure stability and integrity during transit at ambient temperatures.
