Description
Wake Technical Community College is seeking a qualified contractor to provide full-service elevator maintenance for its multi-campus system. The contract will cover preventive maintenance, inspections, repairs, testing, emergency response, and documentation requirements. The contractor will be responsible for maintaining all campus elevators to ensure operational reliability, safety, and reduced downtime.
Key aspects of the job include:
• Providing a comprehensive service plan and pricing structure
• Maintaining elevators in accordance with manufacturer recommendations, OEM specifications, and federal, state, and local codes
• Ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations and standards
• Providing monthly reports and performance metrics
• Participating in post-award business review meetings and continuous improvement efforts
