Freshman Flag Mailer

Auburn University is seeking sealed bids for a flag and mailer intended for enrolled students for Fall 2026. The selected bidder will collaborate with Auburn University on the design of both items. The contract includes an option for renewal for up to four additional years with updated designs, not to exceed five years in total. The bidder will be responsible for designing, printing, and mailing the flags and mailers. The quantities required are 6,500 standard flags and decorative flag mailers. • The flags should be approximately 36” X 24” in size, with a pole pocket on the left side, double-sided print, and full color. • The mailers should be made of minimum 100# gloss stock, with a folded size of 6” X 12” X 0.25”, and full color. • The bidder should aid in the design of the flag and mailer in collaboration with Auburn University. • The bidder will package, address, sort, postage, and mail custom full-color mailer with insertion of folded flag. • Auburn University will provide lists of recipients to the vendor to mail weekly flights/drops from April 2026 to July 2026.
