Northview High School’s athletic field will receive a new sports‑lighting system consisting of five 80‑ft Musco light poles, associated LED fixtures, control cabinets, low‑voltage Wi‑Fi, speaker and CCTV mounts, and a complete electrical distribution upgrade. The contractor must handle demolition of existing concrete, civil earthwork, directional boring for conduit, concrete pad construction, installation of power panels, conduit, grounding, and all low‑voltage cabling, and must coordinate commissioning and DSA‑approved inspections. Owner‑furnished equipment (Musco poles, fixtures, and control systems) will be supplied, but installation and any missing components are the contractor’s responsibility. The project must be completed before the school reopens in August 2026, with a mandatory job‑walk on February 10 2026.
• Supply and install five 80‑ft lighting poles, LED fixtures, control cabinets, and associated low‑voltage hardware (Wi‑Fi, speakers, cameras).
• Perform civil work: demolition, directional boring, trenching, concrete pad foundations, grading, drainage, and site restoration.
• Install full electrical distribution (480 V panels, conduit, grounding, voltage‑drop calculations) and conduct Title 24/DSA‑required testing and commissioning.
