Description
The Executive Office of Technology Services and Security is seeking quotes from qualified bidders to migrate the contents of personal drives to Microsoft OneDrive. The project includes planning and preparation, OneDrive migration, and post-migration support. Bidders must have expertise and experience in migrating network folders to Microsoft OneDrive and must be current vendors on Statewide Contract ITS60, ITS75, or ITS81. The projected duration for the project is six months.
• The bidder will work with EOTSS, DOR business groups and users, and the Executive Office of Administration Finance IT team to perform the migration.
• The bidder will identify the servers and other infrastructure needed for the migration, review DOR Office 365 identity synchronization and OneDrive configuration, and identify and implement required access to the personal drives.
• The bidder will install and configure the selected tool to be used for the migration, develop and publish a migration schedule, and execute production pilot migrations and wave migrations.
• The bidder will provide post-migration support and ensure that all IRS Publication 1075 policies, practices, controls, safeguards, and requirements are followed.
