Description
Clackamas County is seeking qualified vendors to provide on-call tree services, including tree trimming, removal, and stump grinding. The contract term will be for three years, with a maximum contract amount of $150,000. The contractor will be required to provide all necessary labor, materials, tools, and equipment to perform the services. The contractor must also carry out all work according to the specifications outlined in the RFQ, including general conditions, safety requirements, and tree trimming and removal specifications.
• The contractor must be actively licensed with the Oregon Landscape Contractors Board.
• The contractor must remove or stage debris daily and dispose of materials in a manner consistent with all applicable laws.
• The contractor must protect existing facilities, including grounds, structures, utilities, park amenities, trees, and landscaping.
• The contractor must supply its own topsoil for backfilling and ensure that it is of sufficient quality to support grass cover.
The county intends to award multiple contracts resulting from this RFQ, and the number of contracts awarded will be determined by the county based on need.
