The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking expressions of interest from experienced firms for a forecasted lease project of a warehouse/office space in Tucker, Georgia. The space should be approximately 10,000 net usable square feet and meet various requirements, including being handicapped accessible, ADA compliant, and meeting the Department of Veterans Affairs Life Safety codes. The lease term will be 10 years, with 5 years firm and 5 years soft.
