Battery Park City Interpretive Signage

The Battery Park City Authority ("BPCA") has awarded a single source agreement to SCAPE Landscape Architecture, D.P.C. in an amount not to exceed $86,500 for a term ending November 9, 2026 to provide design services for interpretive and educational signage within Wagner Park and other locations throughout Battery Park City. Due to SCAPE's role in developing the existing interpretive signage program and design standards for the North/West Battery Park City Resiliency Project, and the Authority's desire to maintain continuity and consistency throughout Battery Park City's interpretive signage program, BPCA determined that a single source procurement was in its best interest. This procurement is being made pursuant to Section 4.2.2 of BPCA's Procurement Guidelines.
