Description
The California Highway Patrol is seeking a qualified roofing contractor to provide annual roof maintenance services for the Redwood City Area Office and associated out‑buildings. The contract covers three yearly service visits that include inspection, cleaning, preventive repairs, safety compliance, and reporting. The work must be performed by a holder of a CSLB C‑39 Roofing license, with all personnel cleared for driver‑license/background checks, and must meet state insurance and safety standards.
• Perform fall‑season roof inspections, document deficiencies, and submit written reports with photos.
• Remove debris, clean gutters/downspouts, touch‑up caulking, tighten fasteners, and address ponding water issues.
• Provide a minimum one‑year warranty on all services; any additional repairs beyond scope require separate proposals.
