Description
The Department of California Highway Patrol (CHP) is soliciting bids from firms that can provide Parking Lot Steam Cleaning Services at Antelope Platform Scales. The contract term is expected to be from February 1, 2026, to January 31, 2029. Bidders must meet the qualification requirements, including license requirements, DIR registration, and willingness to comply with agreement terms and conditions. The scope of work includes providing parking lot steam cleaning services as described in Exhibit A.
• The services must be performed in accordance with the agreement terms and conditions.
• The contractor must maintain all necessary licenses and registrations.
• The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
• The contractor must provide proof of liability insurance that meets the requirements in Exhibit E.
• The contractor must perform the services in a satisfactory manner.
