Description
The State of Alabama is seeking a supplier to provide janitorial services for Carrollton District Three, which includes 3 buildings (District Office, Crew Quarters, Project Office) with a total of 7,244 square feet. The services required include sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, trash removal, window and door cleaning, sidewalk sweeping, straightening of chairs and areas, the shaking out and sweeping of rugs, and cleaning of all rest room components. The services are to be completed once weekly at 20233 HWY 17 South, Carrollton, AL 35447, and the supplier will be paid monthly in arrears from the start of the purchase order until 09/30/26. The supplier must be located within 30 miles of the District Office.
• The contract will be governed by the laws of the State of Alabama.
• The supplier must comply with all terms and conditions contained within the solicitation.
• The supplier must provide written proof of qualifications, including manufacturer's reseller authorization, professional licenses, and certificates of insurance.
• The State of Alabama reserves the right to conduct analysis based on cost realism and/or price reasonableness for any or all bids.
• The supplier must accept multiple forms of electronic payment at no additional cost to the State.
