This solicitation establishes a statewide price agreement for a broad range of promotional merchandise, including printed apparel, head‑gear, jackets, and assorted giveaways such as buttons, keychains, pens, and water bottles. Vendors must submit percentage discounts off their current catalog prices and fixed fees for logo set‑up and stitching services. The contract is for one year with the option to extend up to three additional one‑year periods, and multiple vendors may be awarded to ensure product availability.
