Halfway Houses and Recovery Kentucky Centers

The Commonwealth of Kentucky is seeking proposals for Reentry Service Center and Recovery Kentucky Centers. The selected vendor will provide halfway housing and recovery services. The solicitation includes a list of required line items, including Reentry & Recovery Service Centers. The vendor must submit a completed bid information form and a proposed technical solution electronically by the closing date and time. • The vendor must comply with the terms and conditions set out in Attachment A and any subsequent addenda. • The vendor must submit all required documents and information by the closing date and time. • The Finance and Administration Cabinet reserves the right to deem the vendor ineligible if they fail to comply with the provisions of the solicitation.
