Description
The Texas Regulatory Efficiency Office (TREO) is seeking a consultant to provide artificial intelligence enhanced regulatory analysis consulting services. The consultant will assist TREO in examining every rule in the Texas Administration Code and provide recommendations to streamline rules, abolish restrictions, and lower costs to regulated communities. The consultant will provide comprehensive regulatory analysis and deregulation consulting services through a model powered by advanced agentic Artificial Intelligence systems. The services must support the statutory obligations of TREO and include report generating functionality and the ability to identify state regulations that may be eliminated or reduced.
• The consultant will review, validate, correct, and perform quality control of all recommendations, analyses, and products generated or produced through the use or employment of AI.
• The consultant's solution must provide AI-assisted analysis of regulations, economic impact analysis, regulatory reduction support, and biennial report data.
• The consultant's solution may provide features such as AI-assisted development of regulatory best-practices manuals and guides, plain language review, jurisdictional comparative analysis, and website content support.
• The consultant's solution may also provide advanced statutory compliance support, including AI-assisted research and analysis, legislative recommendation development, real-time proposed rule analysis, and automatically updated dashboard.
