The Federal Bureau of Prisons is seeking a provider to offer Residential Reentry Center (RRC) services and Home Confinement services for male and female Federal offenders in Scranton, Pennsylvania. The RRC services will require a minimum of 22 beds, and the Home Confinement services will require a capacity of 15 placements. The provider must be located within the city limits of Scranton, and the Home Confinement radius must be within 150 miles of the facility. The contract will be a Firm-Fixed Price/IDIQ contract with a one-year base period and four one-year option periods. • The provider must have the ability to provide RRC services and Home Confinement services in accordance with the Federal Bureau of Prisons Statement of Work. • The provider must have a tiered pricing structure. • The provider must be able to provide a guaranteed minimum of 22 beds for the RRC services and a capacity of 15 placements for the Home Confinement services. • The provider must be located within the city limits of Scranton, Pennsylvania. • The Home Confinement radius must be within 150 miles of the facility.
