Mobile CT scanner lease for Alexandria LA VAMC

The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a contractor to provide a mobile CT scanner lease for the Alexandria LA VAMC. The lease will be for a base period of two months with two optional months. The contractor must provide a mobile CT unit that meets or exceeds the specifications of a Canon Aquilion 80 or 160 slice CT scanner. The contractor will be responsible for delivering, installing, and maintaining the equipment, as well as providing training to VA staff. The contractor must also ensure that the equipment is compatible with the VA's PACS system and can transfer images and data to multiple modalities. * Key requirements include: * Providing a mobile CT unit that meets or exceeds the specifications of a Canon Aquilion 80 or 160 slice CT scanner * Delivering, installing, and maintaining the equipment * Providing training to VA staff * Ensuring compatibility with the VA's PACS system * Transferring images and data to multiple modalities * Meeting all safety requirements regarding the use of a mobile CT trailer and equipment
