The South Carolina Department of Environmental Services is seeking a qualified contractor to provide automated, unlimited‑use car‑wash services for its state‑owned vehicle fleet (≈ 448 vehicles) across multiple locations throughout the state. The contract is a fixed‑price, all‑inclusive unit‑price per lot (city/region) with an initial one‑year term and up to four one‑year renewal options, for a maximum contract period of five years. Bidders must operate permanent, automated car‑wash facilities equipped with license‑plate‑reader technology (preferred) and must submit a monthly flat rate per vehicle. No mobile or on‑site detailing services are allowed.
