Description
The Alabama National Guard is seeking businesses capable of providing lift services such as contractor-operated cranes or material handling equipment rental. The contractor will be required to provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control necessary to perform Crane and Forklift Rental with Operator Services. The contractor will be lifting empty/loaded containers and inoperable equipment or vehicles from ground onto conveyance equipment or vehicles and vice versa in support of Alabama National Guard training requirements and projects. The contractor must ensure that all equipment is in good operating and mechanical condition and comply with manufacturers’ recommendations. The contractor must also provide operators who are certified and qualified to operate the equipment.
• The contractor must provide a minimum of 4 hours of service per call.
• The contractor must ensure timely service delivery to meet the operational schedules and deadlines of the Alabama National Guard.
• The contractor must provide equipment in good working order according to MFR guidelines.
• The contractor must report accidents promptly and follow an accident prevention plan.
