Central Texas VA- Mobile PET/CT Temple Lease

The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a vendor to provide a mobile PET/CT scanner service for the Central Texas VA. The service will include transportation to and from pre-determined locations, PACS Network connectivity, and compliance with regulatory requirements. The vendor must provide initial medical physics compliance testing reports and shielding verification reports. The anticipated base period of performance is from May 1, 2026, to April 30, 2027, with four option years. The mobile PET/CT unit's base location will be at the VA Central Texas in Temple, TX, with additional scanning sites possible in Austin, TX, and other VA locations. • The contractor must provide a vendor-owned mobile PET/CT scanner with minimum features. • The contractor must provide transportation to and from pre-determined locations. • The contractor must provide PACS Network connectivity and hook up. • The contractor must comply with all local, state, federal, industry, and VA regulatory standards. • The contractor must provide initial medical physics compliance testing reports and shielding verification reports. • The contractor must provide at least two references for similar contracts in the public or private sector.
