IT Contract Modernization and Alignment Initiative - Potential Consolidation/Bundling

The U.S. Department of State is seeking information from interested vendors regarding their capability to perform the requirements described in the attached draft Statements of Work (SOWs) for the IT Contract Modernization and Alignment Initiative. The initiative aims to support the Front Office of the Bureau of Diplomatic Security's Office of the Chief Technology Officer (DS/EX/CTO) in advancing Bureau-wide IT and data priorities. The contractor will provide enterprise services that strengthen governance, collaboration, and modernization across DS/EX/CTO divisions. The key areas of support include information security, data and analytics, technology business strategy, and program oversight. Some key aspects of the job include: • Providing enterprise-level information security services to ensure DS/EX/CTO IT systems are secure, compliant, and resilient. • Supporting data management, analytics, and AI initiatives to maximize the value of DS/EX/CTO's data assets. • Aligning IT investments and capabilities with mission outcomes using business industry frameworks and evidence-based decision making. • Providing administrative, programmatic, and strategic advisory services to ensure effective execution of IT activities across DS/EX/CTO.
