Description
The Combat Capabilities Development Command - Soldier Center (DEVCOM-SC) is seeking a contractor to provide annual preventative maintenance and on-site maintenance/repair as needed for a gas chromatograph and mass spectrometer. The contractor will be required to perform one scheduled preventative maintenance visit per year, as well as provide unlimited on-site service visits with a maximum 72-hour response time. The contractor must have expert knowledge of the gas chromatograph/mass spectrometer and must have demonstrated knowledge and expertise in maintaining such equipment. The contract will be for a base period of one year, with options for two additional years. The place of performance will be in Building 4, Room D-300, CCDC SC, Natick, MA.
• The contractor will provide one yearly preventative maintenance of the equipment, including on-site repairs and parts as needed.
• The contractor will provide unlimited number of demand on-site service visits.
• The contractor will provide engineer labor and travel.
• The contractor will provide priority status for technical support inquiries.
• The contractor will provide factory-certified replacement parts, as needed.
• The contractor will provide software updates and notifications.
