Murray State University is seeking a qualified vendor to provide end‑to‑end diploma production and fulfillment services, together with a secure web‑based portal for students to order, track, and receive electronic diplomas. The contract will cover design‑consistent printing of undergraduate, master’s, honors, and doctoral diplomas (including foil embossing and custom fonts), direct mailing of physical diplomas (including emergency 24‑hour turnaround), and management of an online ordering system that meets PCI and FERPA requirements, supports electronic diploma issuance, and handles international shipping and returns. The three‑year contract includes options for annual renewal and may require the vendor to sell frames on a profit‑sharing basis.
