Description
The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) is seeking quotations for the provision of recreational tables and fire rings for Crystal Lake and Coldbrook Campgrounds. The tables must be constructed with recycled plastic timbers and planks, have brown powder-coated galvanized frames, and be able to sustain a snow load of 500 lbs per square foot. The fire rings must be at least 32” in diameter, constructed from 1/8” steel, and have a hinged anchoring device.
• The tables and fire rings must meet specific requirements, including being wheelchair accessible.
• The contract will be awarded to the lowest priced, technically acceptable offer.
• The period of performance is 45 days after the date of award.
• The contractor must submit a technical response and proposed pricing in Microsoft Word or Adobe format.
• The contractor must have an active entity registration in the System for Award Management to submit an offer.
