Description
The U.S. Navy’s Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) seeks a vendor to provide legislative online subscription services that deliver timely, detailed information on congressional activities affecting Navy manpower, training, policies, and budgets. The contractor will evaluate and recommend web‑based legislative products, supply subscriptions, and ensure continuous access throughout the contract period.
• Provide access to up‑to‑date Congressional/Legislative data relevant to Navy MPT&E.
• Evaluate and recommend suitable web‑based subscription platforms per the Performance Work Statement.
• Deliver and maintain subscriptions for a base period of 12 months, with up to four additional one‑year option periods.
• Submit quotations via email by 28 August 2026, 4 PM EST.
• Must be registered in SAM; small‑business standard ≤1,000 employees.
