Compressed Industrial, High Purity, Specialty Gases IDIQ

The U.S. Army Contracting Command–Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG) is seeking a qualified contractor to provide Compressed Industrial, High-Purity, and Specialty Gases in support of Army missions at Aberdeen Proving Ground and additional locations throughout the Continental United States (CONUS), Alaska, and Hawaii. The requirement includes the supply of gases for analytical laboratory instrumentation, gas handling, delivery, rental, hardware, and accessories. The anticipated contract type is Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP), with a total potential ordering period of five and one-half (5.5) years. The estimated ceiling value for this requirement is not to exceed $2,058,554.00. Key aspects of the requirement include: • Supplying all gases as specified in the Required Gas List • Possessing logistical capability to support all designated delivery locations • Providing timely delivery of the Government’s requested supply of Compressed Industrial, High-Purity, and Specialty Gases • Ensuring gas purity and consistency through quality control measures • Providing Safety Data Sheets (SDS) for all gases supplied • Managing fluctuations in usage demand • Having a process for placing orders and a typical lead time The Army anticipates awarding a Single-Award Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract, with the possibility of a small business set-aside. Interested parties are requested to submit a Capability Statement addressing their technical expertise, production capabilities, distribution capacity, and past performance related to the supply and management of Compressed Industrial, High-Purity, and Specialty Gases.
