Description
The US Army is seeking a contractor to perform HVAC cleaning and insulation services at the Hawaii Air National Guard Campus, Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam (JBPHH), HI 96853. The work includes cleaning the HVAC ductwork and air handler units, repairing any leaks, and replacing degraded chilled water line insulation on the ground floor. The estimated period of performance is 180 days, tentatively scheduled from September 1, 2026, to February 27, 2027.
• The contractor must provide a signed copy of the Solicitation (SF1449) and other required documents.
• The contractor must complete all Representations and Certifications found within their profile in the System of Award Management (SAM).
• The Government intends to evaluate offers and award a contract without discussions with offerors.
• The offeror's initial offer should contain the offeror's best terms.
• The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered.
