The County of Los Angeles is seeking information from firms that can provide free Wi-Fi services at all County parks. The County wants to gather market information and gauge the vendor community's interest in entering into a Public-Private Partnership (PPP) to provide free Wi-Fi services. The selected firm will be responsible for implementing and maintaining Wi-Fi services at 182 County parks, including surveying, designing, and installing necessary equipment. The firm will also be required to provide a plan for marketing and advertising the service, as well as monitoring and mitigating any security risks associated with the service. • The County is looking for firms with experience in providing similar services, particularly in a PPP or similar arrangement. • The selected firm will be required to provide a detailed description of their proposed services, including costs and a project timeline. • The firm will also be required to provide information on their firm's organization, financial information, and previous clients. • The County is committed to providing free Wi-Fi services at all County parks and is seeking a firm that can help achieve this goal.
