The Executive Office of Labor and Workforce Development is seeking information from vendors with experience implementing large-scale technology solutions that support workforce development, career services, and/or job-matching systems. The goal is to modernize the existing JobQuest portal and related integration components that connect jobseekers, employers, training providers, and workforce partners across the Commonwealth. • Adaptable workforce or career services platforms • Customer experience (CX) and self-service portals • Integration with state and federal workforce systems • Artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) capabilities • Cloud-based platform deployment models • Solution must be compliant with WCAG 2.1 AA The information gathered through this RFI will help inform the design and approach for future solicitations related to JobQuest modernization and related system integration services.
