Description
The Knox County Procurement Division is seeking a third-party administrative services provider for its 403(b) plan. The provider will be responsible for maintaining accurate participant records, processing participant enrollment and contributions, and providing timely and high-quality service to plan participants. The provider will also be responsible for recommending a diverse range of investment options and facilitating participant-directed investment changes. The contract is expected to last for one year, with the option for renewal.
• The provider must have experience in providing administrative services for 403(b) plans.
