RFQ 25-036882 2025 Independent Evaluator Lists

The Office of Energy Infrastructure Safety is seeking qualified firms to provide independent evaluation services for electrical corporations' Wildfire Mitigation Plans and safety performance. The selected firms will be added to a list of independent evaluators and may be contracted to perform various functions, including reviewing and assessing electrical corporation performance, assisting in safety inspections, and providing quality assurance and quality control services. The scope of work includes evaluating electrical corporations' compliance with their approved Wildfire Mitigation Plans, assessing their safety performance, and performing safety inspections of new and existing electric distribution and transmission systems. • The independent evaluators will be responsible for reviewing and assessing electrical corporation performance with their approved Wildfire Mitigation Plans. • The independent evaluators will assist electrical corporations in assessing their safety performance. • The independent evaluators will perform safety inspections of new and existing electric distribution and transmission systems. • The independent evaluators will provide quality assurance and quality control services. • The scope of work includes evaluating electrical corporations' compliance with their approved Wildfire Mitigation Plans. • The scope of work includes assessing electrical corporations' safety performance. • The scope of work includes performing safety inspections of new and existing electric distribution and transmission systems.
